Tai Chi & Qigong Coloring Book
Bold and Easy · Large Print Designs for Adults and Seniors
Slow movement, bold lines, one quiet page at a time.
Thirty bold-line designs, drawn for people who want to color, not squint.
Inside you'll find the eight movements of the Ba Duan Jin, the Eight Pieces of Brocade, each shown as a full figure in a Chinese landscape. Ten classic tai chi postures follow: Grasping the Bird's Tail, White Crane Spreads Its Wings, Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg, Snake Creeps Down. Then twelve quiet pages to rest in: lotus and peony mandalas, koi circling in a yin yang, a crane in flight, a dragon in cloud scrolls, a mountain temple, a moon gate, a low table set for tea.
Every design is built the same way: thick, even outlines and large open shapes, sized for markers and comfortable on tired eyes. No hairline detail, no cross-hatching, no tiny slivers you can't reach with a brush pen.
Every picture sits on its own page, printed on one side only. Nothing bleeds through onto the next design, and any page can be torn out and framed.
The postures are real ones, drawn from the same tradition taught in The Qigong Way series. But you don't need to know any of that to enjoy this book. A short note at the front explains what the movements are for, in plain language, and then gets out of the way.
Generous 8.5 × 11 inch pages. Suitable for adults, seniors, and complete beginners.
No experience needed. Pick a color and start.
